1. Acceptance of Terms & Electronic Contract
Welcome to Cartilyze (referred to as “Cartilyze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or completing a purchase on cartilyze.com or via our mobile channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these terms at any time with immediate effect upon posting to this page.
2. Product Information, Pricing & Orders
All prices displayed on Cartilyze are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) as per National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations, unless specifically noted otherwise.
- Color Accuracy: We strive to display fabric colors, garment textures, and print detailing as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor color calibration and ambient mobile display lighting, minor color variations may occur.
- Order Confirmation: An electronic order confirmation SMS and email do not signify our final acceptance of your order; they merely confirm receipt. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders suspected of fraudulent intent.
- Pricing Errors: In the rare occurrence of an inadvertent technical pricing glitch, we will notify you before dispatch to provide the choice of confirming at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
3. Shipping, Timelines & Delivery Charges
Cartilyze delivers nationwide across all 64 administrative districts of Bangladesh through our trusted courier network (including Pathao Logistics, Steadfast, and eCourier):
- Inside Dhaka City: Standard delivery fee is ৳ 80. Delivery timeline is 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Standard delivery fee is ৳ 150. Delivery timeline is 2 to 4 business days.
- Free Delivery Milestone: Orders with a net cart subtotal of ৳ 3,000 or above automatically qualify for free shipping.
Unforeseen weather disturbances, regional holidays, or national transit strikes may occasionally result in delivery delays. Our team will keep you proactively updated via SMS and phone in such instances.
4. Cash on Delivery & Product Check Before Payment
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Customers have the right to open the outer transit packaging in the presence of the delivery rider to visually inspect the item and verify the size and quantity before payment.
Please note: Trying on or wearing garments in front of the courier rider is not permitted. Complete testing and fitting may be done in your home, and you remain protected under our 7-Day Exchange Policy.
5. 7-Day Exchange & Return Guidelines
We want you to feel complete confidence with every Cartilyze purchase:
- Eligibility: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of package receipt.
- Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original hangtags and brand packaging.
- In-Store Exchanges: You may bring your items directly to any physical Cartilyze outlet in Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet along with your digital invoice for immediate exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: For sanitary and health protection, certified face masks and innerwear are strictly non-exchangeable once packaging seals are broken, unless a manufacturing defect exists.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The Cartilyze logo, custom apparel graphics, typographic layouts, fabric product photography, and website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Cartilyze Lifestyle Ltd. Unauthorized duplication, commercial reproduction, or unauthorized third-party resale under our trademark without written consent is strictly prohibited by law.
7. Privacy & Data Security
We respect your privacy. We collect customer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and optional email addresses solely for processing orders, sending SMS shipment updates, and improving customer satisfaction. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Digital Security Act and the Consumers' Right Protection Act. Any disputes arising in connection with transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
